  • Shipping Time: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
  • Shipping Destinations: We currently only ship within the United States.
  • Shipping Costs: We offer free standard shipping.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: We accept returns for unopened kits only. The original box seal must be intact.
  • Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at dentalrecoverysolutions@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
